I just love Cheese! I'm not sure why it is so amazing. Actually the thought eating something that is made with "Curds" is truly disgusting. And also what about the fact that you have to actually let this stuff sit and "age" adds to the question, "Who thought up cheese?"
The answer is, I don't care who thought up cheese because it is just so good! I love it processed I love it raw, I even like it when it comes out of a can (not the toilet just to clarify).
during our wedding anni-versa-arary (said in Dana Carvey's Italian voice as he waits on vacationing couple) we got the awesome opportunity to visit the legendary Tillamook Cheese Factory. The process was amazing to say the least. I was especially impressed with the machines built to cut, wrap and fling blocks of cheese down an assembly line. What precision and ingenuity to design cheese flinger's. I stand amazed, take a look:

I have stood and watched that cheese go down the belts for hours. I once took a small sign and held it up for the workers to see that said "Thanks for the Cheese".
When we were in Malibu we saw a baby loaf of Tilamook for 9 bucks. Ike has a picture, maybe he will share it. It is good to live in the NW, for sure.
Me too! I love just sitting there watching everybody do their jobs over and over hoping against hope for a glitch in the system...but alas I waited in vain.
Priscilla was done with the tour and buying ice-cream by the time I thought I had watch the first station long enough.
9 dollars for baby loaf. maybe if it's extra sharp, but thats absurd!
"Gromit, that's it! Cheese! We'll go somewhere where there's cheese!"
I just want to know how to get one of those BIG blocks of love for myself... forget the baby loaf.
I WANT THE MEGA LOAF!
peace.
Yes I love Wallace and Grommit, Bob. You caught right on to where I was going with that heading.
I think there is a way to get the mega loaf. I used to watch Mamma Joyce AKA: Joyce Pirtle (my babysitter)cut up huge blocks of cheese like that and then grate it in this monster hand crank cheese greater. But I'm almost positive she had some type of inside connection with cheese factory.
Possible: Yes
