Well, Good Bye Old Girl

Well we gave it a shot. No one can say we didn't try. It was your head. It just had to many leaks in it. Sometimes you just have to say goodbye to your loved ones and let them go to the junk yard.

So I put her back together and she ran great for about a week. But the compression was too great for the new head gasket and for some reason it blew again. 1 month of work down the drain. But experienced gained.

Apparently I know how to install properly most things in an engine except for the head gasket. Everything seems to be working great, but that doesn't matter because the old head G. went out and it overheats.

New timing belt, battery, water pump, alternator belt, A/C belt, Power Steering belt, new hoses, new breather chamber, new PCV valve, New coolant hoses, re-machined head, New exhaust manifold gasket, new programmed fuel injection (pgmfi) gasket, New misc. nuts and bolts and gaskets, new tools, New coolant, New Oil, New experience, New love, New loss.

Live and let die...good by my love!

. . .

(I thought it deserved a moment of silence)

I once spent eighty hours or more building a wiring harness (because the one in the mustang caught fire) only to find that I couldn't make it work (wrong kind of wire and too much of the original, which I was using as a pattern, missing to find the last several connections).

My heart skipped when I read that title. (I thought you were going to tell us about a euthanized dog.)

Not that I'm not sad for your loss of the car--that sucks too.

Ty I'm lighting candles as we speak. please send all remembrences to cascade college or my mailbox.

Jason, as you have already read this is a much more serious situation than a euthanized dog. when was the last time your dog was there for you when the day was long. when was the last time you could look into the headlights of your dog and see that she felt your pain. And when was the last time you drove your dog to grocery store?

As you can see this is a tragedy. thank you for you condolences.

I want you to know that I am not minimizing your loss; it is great. I hope you give yourself time to grieve.

I will say, that I took my dog to the grocery store last week. She's been there for me at the end of every day of her short life, and if you can't look into her eyes and recognize that she has a caring soul--then you are soulless yourself.

Jason,

I just hope you get right w/ Jesus before it's too late. I'm more concerned for your soul now than when I first met you. Your scaring me man, lets get back to reality where machines have value and all pets are good for is to eat up all of our resources.

I'm mean come on, picking up their poo! It's sad.
